Record a Part of Video using VLC

You must  heard about the VLC Media Player and use it also.
But do you know, you can record a part of video /audio (trim) using  VLC Medial Player (Video LAN)
VLC has various of uses not only as video player.
In this post today I will talk about a trikS of VLC ,using this you can easily record a part (trim) of video.
In previous post we had know some useful and shortcut keys use in vlc media player.

Let us Start ………
Follow These Simple Steps
  • Open VLC Media Player
  • Go To  View and select Advance Control

After these steps you see a extra Advance Control option at the Taskbar of the VLC
(as see in the image given below)

Now play the video you wish to record or trim. And play the video from where you want to trim.

  • Now click at the Red Circle  Button
  • Complete paly the part of video

After finishing your recording part of video, just Pause and Close the video.
Your recorded Video store in Videos of computer library


This is very interesting and Useful information. Using this method you can simply cut or trim a videos song from movies in your PC/Laptop.
